I was in the process of putting my Duster together and really only needed lower leaf spring brackets to mount shocks to get the car on the street. This was about a month ago. I purhcarsed the brackets from wyckoffchyslerpart.com. There was no notice of any backorder on the form, so i purchased it. Never heard from them in 2 weeks, so I had to call in. Their response was that it's a custom made order and is back ordered. They have the left side bracket, but not the right side. I asked for them to send the left side and to send the right side ASAP. I got the left side within 3 days, but have never heard anything from them since then. This was on April 3rd. I Left a voicemail and 2 emails and have yet heard anything. Apparently, their telephone system is not working:bs:. I'm beginning to suspect that I'm getting screwed here. Anyone here deal with them? I'm about an hour drive and this delay is really costing me since I need the car. Any ideas or suggestions?

Never heard of them myself. I didn't know anybody was re-popping them. Did the one you received look new? I see them used on E-bay quite alot.

They supposidly affliated with mopar performance. It looked brand new(powdercoated black) and professionally done. I'm surprised that this is happening. :(

Yes those are being reproduced now,my friend just bought a pair from Espo springs&things, and i also saw them on Mancini's website...

Any ideas on where to start? I hate to bring this to small claims court, but I've been screwed by companies before and I'm def. not going to take this. Arghh.

Very interesting. I had to call my bank to get their information. They have a new number that's not even stated on their website. It only states our phone line is currently not working. As I got through to them, this one bracket is considered a "Performance Part" and takes time :wtf: I'll be getting it in two weeks. Certainly, the last time I'll deal with them. Thanks everyone.

Kinda sounds like a fly by night operation. Even though they sell Mopar Perf. parts don't mean their a good company. I always deal with Mancini's. Never had a problem with them.

Heres another vote for Mancinis.

Hope you resolve this issue with Wyckoff.
