Anyone have an original fuel sending unit lock ring?

If it`s leaking from the top it`s the filler neck gasket, if it`s anything like the barracudas. Is the sender on top?

I used the OEM lock ring and two gaskets.

The old one (still soft) and the new one.

Worked well

OEM is 0.0655

Aftermarket unknown source but came with the A100 sender.

Yes, bending the outside of the ring in order to increase the slope on the ring is the easy answer to this issue of "thin metal" lock rings. I have had good luck using a thicker rubber gasket and Permatex fuel resistant gasket dressing.

A thicker (Dorman) lock ring did not fit into the threads on my tank. Oddly enough, the thicker gasket that came with the Dorman ring made for a perfect match with the lock ring already on the tank. It is all a matter of matching the recess-depth on the existing tank and threads with the ring and gasket IMO.

Also hoping that the surfaces are not warped too badly. Rubber doesn't flow well into low areas. It's not always the lock ring and gasket that's at fault. I use an aircraft tank sealer, mine will never leak again, yes, it can be taken back apart.
