I'm planning to run a 235/60/15 drag radial and just wondered if anyone runs that size on a stock early A body.
I put the tire up under the car and it does fit -just a matter of getting the backspacing right on the steel rims...they'll probably be custom ordered.
thanks
I'm running a Furd rear end that is 57 inches wide-same as a A body
8 3/4.

15X7 with a 4.5" backspace will work

Exactly as stated above. Same drag radial I used to use on my 70 Dart. Used a 15x7 centerline telstar wheel with 4.5 backspacing. Worked really well.

A 255 will work also on a 7" wheel if you want to get the MT drag radials.
