Are you talking KH fixed front calipers and the other stock parts but to fit on a drum brake spindle?
 
Had to do a bunch of gymnastics and pay extra to get SBP for my 9" spindles. Not much out there other than the one solution that just gets repackaged. My 64 is already done so doesn't necessarily benefit me directly, but would be cool to know that is out there.

EDIT TO ADD

Just noticed 4-piston. Heck yeah! Had to give up my aluminum slots to accommodate the single piston discs up front.
