This one was on an 8 3/4 rear from a Demon.
I have seen the blocks and a separate line that connects, but not one like this.
I need to replace all my flexible lines on my Dart.
Doing a rear end swap to replace the 7 1/4.

Might the PO have needed to go to a longer hose due to using SS springs or shackles or some such? Thus the different style hose...
I have seen them, but can't recall the application.

So that block is the 72 and up splitter on all cars. If your dart is a 72 and up then order the hose and splitter combo from Rockauto for your year of car. If your dart is a 70-71 you need the separate block like this.

Your hard lines will match either block(sometimes with a little bending).
Be careful of any listing that includes 67-69 as the vent location on the axle was different. The flex line is different length (longer) for the earlier cars. If that is the block you removed from your 8 3/4 then it is a 72. You can buy the 72 splitter separate and use a 70-71 hose.

I try to order the parts for the car so I don’t have to remember what I did five years ago since most days I can’t even remember what I had for breakfast.
