aspen disc brakes

i installed spindles and all associated front brake parts from a 76 aspen on my 73 duster. everything bolted right up. i am selling the rest of the car on an f-body website and they are all telling me it will throw off all the geometry and be unsafe. is this true.

Not according to some of the better suspension gurus. Here's one article by a respected suspension builder who seems to have done quite a lot of research into this subject.
