Bad Day!

well, while working on my 72 dart taking out the windshield, the grill fall off the shelf, hits the floor and breaks off the entire end and some tabs and another crack or two. S---T, i turn around, pull out a paint stick from under the rubber gasket and my windshield splits.....
.. right now im afraid to wipe my butt, i might give myself hemoroids. ever thing i touched today, i lost money and time!. shew. be glad to go to work tomorrow. :munky2::bs::angry6:ottytra::argue::cry:

I talked to a Guardian glass dealer last week. They had tinted windshields in stock in Cincinnati for $150 cash and carry. They don't install glass that old. That's for a hardtop, but I am sure the others are priced similarly. The fellow I talked to said that they will make any windshield that they can find the tooling necessary to do the job. It is not at all uncommon for them to rent tooling from another manufacturer to run a special windshield, and while they're at it, they run off several extra for stock.
