Became a dad for the first time!!!

Congrats. We had our 3rd one when I was 44, after a long gap. I thought we would look like grandparents at the PTA meetings, but was surprised how many people looked older. Maybe they were grands or maybe they start families later here in CA. After all, best to wait until you have a house and those are $300K+. Kids will keep you young.
 
CONGRATS,
I would like to suggest how to make memories for $8.99 a year. Every year on your child's birthday go into their room and load broken toys, old clothing, art work, and school work in a Rubbermade tote(That's the 8.99). Drill holes in the flanges on the top and then write the date on outside of the tote. My children loved it when they get a tote.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! I have a 2 year old girl. Momma wants another! LOL not sure if I do yet... LOL
