I have a 74 duster with a right tire front tire eaten to the cord. I was run off the road and down a embankment. I ate up a tire driving about 6miles. The question, do LCR's bend easy or should I look at the whole front end.

Yes they can, but they are pretty tuff. Same with the spindle, tuff but it can bend too.
I've seen strut rods bent, and broken so check it all.
It's more likely that the jarring just let the UCA alignment adjusters move.
Or tore up a LCA rubber bushing.

I hade an offroad accident once where the UCA and LCA balljoints popped apart and I found the wheel, brake, spindle assy about 10 yards from the car.
after looking it over very carefully, New balljoints, brake lines and a tierod end it went back together.

Don't forget the tie rods. those sleeves can be bent with with a healthy curb check.. I've also had a LCA break at the torsion bar sleeve. Anything is possible with the huge forces at work when you take a car on a baja..

I race A Dartsport on a asphalt circle track, have never bent a spindle or LCA they are really tough. Have bend a few UCA and ball joints. Any kind of shot to the wheel will knock the toe out of spec. I check the toe after every night of racing. I found that the drag length bends in the center under the oil pan. I just straiten mine back out in my press,or if not bend bad just reset the toe, good for a few more laps.......
