Big Gap

How does your gap look on the other end of the door? (to the quarter panel) That's quite a gap you have there. Sure the fender is correct?

That would be my guess, you have to add metal to close the gap.

There’s definitely something going on to cause that gap to be that big at the top. How well does the hood match up to the top of the fender? Door looks low in the front as well.

its an AMD fender, everything else lines up perfect, gap towards the bottom is good, new hinges.
