Bilstein Shocks

-
I appreciate the help for sure. I'm still working out and doing the research on this style suspensions. Right now I don't know what size they are, I'll have to take a caliper to them when I replace the shocks later. No Bilsteins yet, just a cheap pair I had laying around. The PST bars are what I'm leaning towards (no pun intended). I need to add a sway bar up front too, I believe the car was a V8 car, no sway bar option in 64 though.

If you clean out the grease and crud from the torsion bar mounts from the back, you should be able to read the last three numbers and get the size. Formula S Barracudas and 340 cars came with the .88 diameter bars. There are guys that sell those cheap here. The .88 torsion bars, good shocks, good rear springs, sticky tires, and a front sway bar should put a big smile on your face. 64 "A" bodies are pretty light, I had a 64 Barracuda that I did everything to.
