Considering a Borgeson steering kit for my 68 Cuda. Anyone tried this combined with the quick ratio pitman and idler arms? (Heard it improves the steering response exponentially.) I'm so spoiled with modern rack and pinion setups, even on my Mustang! Thanks!

The fast ratio arms don't clear a lot of long-tube headers (notice I didn't say all- but I haven't heard of any that do, yet). You may have some luck with shorties or block huggers.
The Borgeson box alone will probably give you what you crave. Or contact Bergman auto craft. Peter knows the particulars of these combinations.

No rack and pinion has the same ratio as what you're proposing.
Most stock racks have a ratio of approximately 13 to 1 or 14 to 1.
The Borgeson itself it 14 to 1 as it is. Adding the Fast Ratio arms closes that up to around 10 to 1 which may be great on a slow autocross course but for street use, it may be too tight. The ratio may prove to be twitchy to where sudden turns could result in a "control issue".
