Ironically, this is what my wife and I wanted to build, and this guy did our exact plan, as if we ordered it for him to build. Strange, but great! :)

...and paint a Star Wars or Rumpole Minze mural on?

Is this what you're gonna race?
not the one my son-in-law and I were going to hot rod. This is one that my wife and I were looking to build, so when we go off in adventure land we can sleep where we are so to speak. But I did floor it and my wife said "holy moly this has pick up!" LOL. She was thinking a full size van would just move like a school bus.. LOL

I agree, that's a nice build.

Both drivetrain and interior.

...but I don't think those drawer slides are gonna support those buckets and a human.

no, it's to move the seat out of the way so you can complete the mattress to sleep

I can't believe no one has said this???? You need a sticker for the back bumper.........."If the Van's a'rock'n don't bother knock'n!!"

The nice thing about vs pickups, you don't need to worry about stuff getting wet or stolen as much. At the end of the work day lock it up thats it. Price is cheaper than pickups, and the most important is you can always live in it, when things get bad.

i like it
how wide is that matrass?
i wonder if you could stretch out on it

is the wife up for roadtrip?

looks like all it needs is a coffee maker (and the aforementioned mural)

I'm sure we can stretch out just fine. My wife is always up for a road trip. She loves to go, like a puppy. If you remember, year and half ago we took her '77 Ramcharger on a 9 state vacation (Illinois to Grand Canyon), and couple months ago we went to the U.P. in the RC too. I really think she might be happy if we went off grid and just lived out of it...
