Hey All:
Been fighting with this on my 71 dart for two days, and it is mega claustrophobic under that dash.
When I was trying to replace the voltage regulator on my dash cluster I must have breathed on the brake light switch.
Now I can't get the darn thing adjusted to save my life. The switch is either too far out so the brake lights are always on, or too far in so they don't come on until you're all the way on the pedal, which means during moderate braking, the lights wouldn't come on. IMO the pedal moving away[i/]from the switch activating the lights is pretty idiotic.
Does anyone have any tips or advice?
After this I swear I'm permanently going to have the imprint of the brake pedal tattoed into my cheek.
Thanks
Steve
