I'm just about ready to get my 72 Dart on the road, but I have no brake lights.
My brake light switch behind the pedal is unhooked and I have no idea where to hook it up or which wires go where and the master wiring diagrams I am finding are not helping my situation.

There are two terminals on the switch if that helps at all.

Any info would help at this point. What color are the wires to the switch? Where do these wires go?

Thanks.

Hope this helps.....

You should have 2 terminals for it in your dash harness. One is +12V all the time, the other goes to the rear lamps (via "body connector" behind left kick panel).

In that design, if the brake switch sticks, your lights stay on and the battery runs down. If re-wiring, might be smarter to power it from the ACC feed. Why do you need the brake lights to work when the engine is off?
