Who knows the fitting sizes for the front and rear brakes on a 64 barracuda. I am sure they are the same for other models. I think the line is 3/16 But would like to replace the lines. Adding a dual Master cylinder and need to change a couple of lines and maybe an adapter or two. thanks

Please explain. What fittings? The wheel cylinders should be "standard" inverted flare nuts to fit 3/16 tube. These will already be on a pre-flared tube such as you buy in lengths at the parts store.

The problem you get into is on the later cars on the dual system warning switch and master cylinders. These are almost always combinations of special nuts so that the lines could not be mixed up when assembled. These are proprietary nuts.

The fitting sizes to the stock distribution block under the car and the stock block under both front wheel wells. Where the flex lines attach. I am adding a new prop valve and I know the sizes for it. Just need the sizes for the stock brake lines so I can get correct adapters if need be.

I suppose no one knows. I'll figure it out. thanks anyway.
