brake parts question

I'm going to be changing out my stock 4x5 drums to 4.5 x5. Excluding the brake shoes is there anything i can use from the stock brake system. Like brake adjustment, spredder bar ,e brake. ? the new drums are from a 68 Cuda as close as i can tell by matching up wheel cylinders.

What would they be? They still had the old cylinders in them we matched them to a 68 Cuda. Did they not make a 4.5 x 5 for Cuda in 68?
