I have a 74 duster with stock power front disk brakes and rear drums.

What rotors/pads and drums/shoes do you guys recommend?

I plane on getting a bigger front kit later on, any recommendations?

Good brand semi metalic pads.

you brakes are pretty decent now. But you could upgrade your current 10.75 rotors to 11.75 rotors by getting some slider type caliper adapters for 11.75 rotor cars used for the large rotor brake swap. The caliper adapters will have to be found used. The rotors are availible at rock auto for like a 78 cordoba. get the part number and car application here: http://www.moparaction.com/Tech/archive/disc-main.html

those will bolt right onto your current spindles and use your current calipers as long as you buy the caliper adapters. BUT you will have to run at least 15" rims up front after that. The 14" will NOT fit.
