every time i step on the wil mild force they lock up. It is a 69 dart with 73 duster complete braking system. I have several newer cars without anti lock and they don't lock up nearly like this.

Are all four locking up or just the rear? Does it pull to the side? Was the proportioning valve/block changed as well?

the fronts. proportionning was changed. pulls to one side now. locked up before it started pulling
New calipers ? New hoses ? You could urn the wheels by hand when off the ground . If one or both drag the pads, loosen the bleeder. If pressure relieves its a hose or some fluid related. If the pdrag doesn't relieve the caliper is sticking.
