I have searched high and low for an answer to this question, but can't seem to find one:

I have a 1974 Plymouth Duster that currently has a split bench, but I am wanting buckets for it. The question I have is about interchangeability with bucket seats. The mounting humps on the floor of the car prevent me from mounting after market seats that don't have a fabricated bracket. The bench sits on the two humps, whereas the buckets that are after-market or of another make wont fit without modifications.

Does anyone run after-market or Ford/Chevy (any make really) buckets in their MOPARs? From what I understand, the original buckets for this car had two separate height track mounts, allowing one to be mounted on the hump, and the other to the floor beside the tranny hump (which is why it was taller).

Any information regarding the installation of bucket seats is appreciated.
