"Bullit" Director Dies At 81

"Bullitt" director, Peter Yates, has died at the age of 81.
I've always felt the chase scene in "Bullit" over the hills and surrounding area of San Francisco is one of the best chase scenes ever made. Sure, there were issues with it like the Charger losing about 27 hubcaps during the chase sequence but still one of the best, if not the best, ever done.

Man that sucks. It was a good movie. Another flaw was that of using the same Beetle, GTO, & Firebird in the background of the city scenes. Also the Mustang shifts way to many times. For those who haven't seen it.........
