That's really close to a sealed power TM77 stock replacement cam for 1976-1985 318 applications I had once upon a time. Definitely the easy option for cam replacement!

I'm just going to reseal the motor with a new timing chains and rebuild the carburetor.. so I get super crazy I'm a put a oil pump in it but I'm really not sure why.. just the guru's jumping around in my head it's not like it wasn't running with a quart and a half of oil in it when I got it...

that 284 is at .004 so is same as 284 crane duration wise and shorter than 284 comp and much shorter than 284 MOPAR or Engle
USE THE RIGHT SPRINGS
but Notice that this cam is bigger than has been suggested
more like a 275 comp
