I was on the job yesteday driving to a customers shop and noticed a valiant along side the road for sale. I decided to swing back by and take a look after my sales call. It is a 1968 valiant 100 2dr sedan. 1 owner, 87,000 miles. Says $2500 or best offer.
What to do?
 
Off the top of my head, i would say buy it if it's in decent shape and runs good. The price sounds good to me, i personally would offer him $2000 if the car is good and the paperwork is in order.
How about some pics?
 
I like the 68 Valiant body and seen them fetch up 4 to 5 grand in good shape

I wasn't really looking for a project. Bust it is pretty nice. It has a black bench seat interior that has the rubber floor mat.and it doesn look like there are any rips or anything. The trim is pitted and the chrome is faded, but there isn't much of it so that wouldn't be a big deal.
One small denton the trunk lid, otherwise it is straight. The lower. Rear quarters. Feel like they have some mud in them but it has been like that for a while, probably 20 years.

Anyone else interrested?
 
Don't hesitate! Offer 2 large and drive it home. What a find! If you decide not to keep it there are dozens here that would love to have it. toolman
 
Ill have to drive by again friday and see if it is still there.. I need to look alot closer before I through any cash on the table.
