I did a quick search here in FABO and didn't find much... I don't have a garage, but I DO have a carport, and live in rainy seattle... Anyone had any good experiences with custom fit car covers ordered off the ol' internets? Or should I say, anyone had any BAD experiences? Hopefully summer comes soon, and if don't have to really give this any more consideration until October :)

Ah hell, right after I posted that, I saw all the similar threads below.. Looks like most of my research has been done for me already. Heck- search, eric. Search!

http://www.calcarcover.com/

call them and tell them where the car is being stored and see what the recommended. they actually talked me out of the more expensive one i wanted. they were right. car is spotless every time i uncover it..:)

Thx added Sir...
As usual real world info (big suprise)

I have one on the '67, and another on the Shelby 'Z' ...
& I am on My second round...

---The calcar covers 'breathe', 'wick' moisture from the metal surface,
and do not degrade under 100 deg temps---

 Snow... ahahahahaha, not an issue either.

p.s, AND, blue or tan... to quiet the neighbors who are on the community beautification watch list.

I bought a deluxe budge ? from Walmart. It had a 5 year warranty

It disintegrated in 4-6 months. It was returned.

Apparently they don't hold up well in the Florida sun
