I have pictures from late 70s early 80s of me and my Barracuda. One of my '69 Charger 318 too. Cameras film get pictures developed printed put in photo album was very common thing back then.

They sure were, and I don't know why none of us didn't think about taking pictures. I really wish we would've that would have been cool.

I attend Carlisle, Mopar Nats, and the Indy Cylinder Heads Swap Meet, all to sell keys and locks.
I plan on attending Moparty this year, and will have my Dart in the survivor display.
As for local car shows, I will only do three. All three are veteran supported shows.
One is at my local American Legion, one is at a county Veterans Service Commission, and the last is at the Cincinnati Veterans Medical Center and Domiciliary. That last show is for the old guys who are stuck in either physical rehab, substance rehab, or just just can't take of themselves anymore. Those guys light up when they have this show. I hope I never end up in one of those, but if I ever do, I hope guys still have these types of events.

On the topic of car shows. The reason I don't go as much is because I've seen enough after 2 hours. Some people like to stay the whole day and get their sunburn, but not everybody. This might be the reason why those "Cars and Coffee" morning events are getting so popular.

All the cars and coffee stuff I see, is mostly new cars and snobby foreign-car owners. There's cruise-ins nightly around metro-Detroit.
I just get tired of the same cars, people, and talk... Oh, and new Corvettes and Mustangs. You could hold them in dealership lots.

We didn't/don't waste so much time staring at a screen. We were doing things....not watching others do them.
