Carb to Holley Terminator EFI Conversion How To w/lots of pics

-
Well, I am finally back from the ship. I spend the weekend with the family and today I was all caught up on the "Honey Do's" so I decided to do some tinkering on the Mopar today. It is close to the 100's here so I had to make the workspace a little comfy before I began! Today I finished up the exhaust and fabbed/welded in the mounts for the fuel pump and filter. I primed and painted everything up and it looks pretty damn good! I will bolt everything down this week and reinstall the fuel cell. The fuel system is pretty well hidden now and should provide plenty of fuel to the new setup. Stand by for more pics.

Thanks...I will come over Wednesday to wire her up for you. Have the beer cold and ready!

Here are some pics from last night. I had to modify the fuel cell cage because I forgot to take into account the sump on the fuel cell so it hit the mounts. I basically just lowered the fuel pump mount and everything fits now. Now I have moved on to all of the wiring. I cut a hole in the firewall for the harness and started getting everything routed. More to follow...

OK here are some long overdue updates. Zach came over and helped me install the billet firewall plug and work some wiring. While he was there he said my grille looked like **** so we removed it and he is restoring it for me. That one is beyond my scope as it is mostly plastic. He is the grille expert. I got all of the wiring finished and re-intalled the x-pipe. I finally found that nasty exhaust leak! It ended up being a leaking header collector gasket! Here are some pics of the progress.

Here are some pics of the 100psi fuel pressure switch, and the 3.5" EFI display to control everything. Zach came over and helped me final wire everything and we fired it up. Stand by for the video! I promise, its badass!

OK here are some more videos of the cold start, and once warmed up. I have to do a lot of idle learning for IAC and A/F ratio so once thats set, she is on the road! Not sure if anyone is seeing them or not so if they are not working please let me know. I plan to drive her this week for more learning and take it to a car show this Saturday at Pep Boys.

Your car is looking and running like a bat outta hell!!

Do you know the specific name of the display, and was it included, or optional? I thought what came with it was the smaller handheld "controller."

That display is the optional upgraded 3.5" one for this system. I got it from a member on here who I traded the fuel pressure regulator for. In the harness there is a CAN1 and CAN 2 plug. I run the smaller display on CAN1 and the 3.5" display in CAN2. Here is the link if you want to purchase.
