Carburetor Rebuild Service

I have a 1968 Dart GTS 383 with the original Carter AVS #4401S carburetor. I want to send it out for a complete rebuild. I assume, because Carter is an older company and no longer in business, that prior knowledge of Carter carburetors is a must and that not just any carb shop should be trusted to undertake such a task? Any suggestions on a reputable service provider I could send it to?

woodruff completely rebuilt my Carter for my 340 Duster, complete resto and it looks fantastic.
When the machine shop dynoed my 340 he said it was dialed in perfectly right out of the box...
