just found out that an american icon passed away on thursday while in hospital in dallas,tx. even though he was not associated with mopars as much as he was with ford, he is still and will always be an icon to the hearts of any musclecar fan whether it be mopar, dodge, chevrolet. i am talking about carroll shelby for those who did not know that. he had dealings for the big three car manufacturers back in the day. it is just sad he was just 89 yrs. young and i was just at his museum in vegas last month and got to see some of his classics even the shelby dodge omni. RIP CARROLL you will surely be missed
