Cat Pics

Mommy (black one) brought her baby to show off today. One of these days I’ll get a good picture but these are the best so far.

First pic looks like the kitten is in the jar.

I said I wasn’t going to post pictures of Nix when he arrived at Frankie’s Friends but now that he is doing so well I gotta show you what this fighter endured. I can’t believe he survived this so well.

Holy crap.

Super lucky he didn't lose an eye.

We picked this one up at the animal shelter because we had mice in our motor home. Turns out he is afraid of mice. Oh well, motor home is gone now anyway.

He is also afraid of any humans except for my wife and myself. So he disappears whenever we have company. Comes back for dinner.

Roman was the same way. When I went to visit my son and Leala his one cats I took care of for a year when they weren’t allowed pets I would see Romans butt as he headed upstairs to hide. Well when my son moved back home he asked if both cats could come. Well heck ya and he asked if they could come back before him so he could concentrate on cleaning the apartment. Knowing how much I loved cats he warned me it would maybe take Roman a week or two to warm up to me. Well it took 10 minutes which was a big relief to my son. Well Matt lives in Ohio now and I have adopted his two cats. Lol. One picture of Leala cuddling.

We have some that are scared of company.

What's interesting to me is.....

A few are not interested in being social with certain people.

Missy, the curmudgeon that could give that cat in the G,B, and U skit a run with a very similar expression- will come out to see my wife's brother, but no one else.

Abra will come out to see our grandson, but no one else.

Mr. Orange ain't skeered a' nobody.

Valentine only hides when my mom comes over.

I have two that hide if they even hear footsteps. But if me or the wife are by them they will look at us to see if it is safe and then stay.

Onyx, the big black cat is warming up to the new rescue kittens.

I learned at the last trailer park that we TNR'd that there are wires under the trailers that cats can get pretty wrapped up in and sometimes can't get out.

Not sure what or where, just that there are.

I would rather hope that is what happened because abusing animals is the first step in many that these creeps take.
