Center Console Door Repair

Anyone know a fix for this..? I don't see anything that looks bad or out of place with the hinge.. I could be wrong, but seems like I've seen this issue on several consoles over the years..

If your plastic base is OK, then it looks like there's a problem with the hinge. Only better pictures will tell.
