Charcoal Canister

I am restoring my 73 Duster to close to original as possible. I need to restore my vacuum canister. I took the initial filter off the bottom, and see another foam one under the plastic webbing. does the center section unscrew from the main canister body, so you can get into it to replace the foam and clean the charcoal filtering? Thanks for any help.

As far as I know, that is a sealed part. The filter is changeable but not the inside.

That's a 2 part filter system. Canister is sealed.
