What browser and version are you using? Mikel had IE and I was using Firefox with no problems. I am also behind a firewall too.

Mozilla is closer to netscape and is bundled with email program and html authuriong tool. But I Prefer firefox because it has a lot more options.

For both you will need to install a flash plugin and maybe a java plugin but the first time you go to a site for either it should give you the option of ldownloading them. Also if you go to any sites with embedded quicktime movies I have a nice little non quicktime plugin that will play those videos. I will have to see if I can find where I found that because it is much better than installing quicktime on your computer.

I kinda remember fixing that when I was using FireFox at one point, but I don't remember what I did to fix it. If that one is OK, I can look at this one and fix it too.
