I moved into my house in 2007. We have a bunch of acres so I dont know what all is on my property as its ALL woods. Today I went out with the 4 wheeler to look for a new spot for my deer stand. I ran into this. I think its a 1946 Ford 1 ton dually truck. The last registration date as of the license plates was 1968. Looks kinda cool

That would make a cool truck with a Cummings Diesel in it.

I stole it,just use a screwdriver...Lol
If you need a volunteer to search you property...I sure I would not find anything...

Future truck for your son,you know he will out grow that bicycle soon !!!

Cool. Something exciting about finding stuff like that.

True. I love finding cool stuff out in the wild while scouting out hunting spots or just hiking in the deep woods. Can't help but wondering what the story behind it is.

Cool find Racingduster. Will make a nice landmark as you scout out your land.

42 to 47. My brother and I had one of those. Don't be surprised if it's not that tough to get running.

I would have to look at the value of doors, hood, etc.. I heard of a guy who had been looking for a drivers door for his antique project ( forget what exactly ) for years.
When he found the door it was being used for a fence gate to private farm land.
There was a time when people would weld 2 hoods together to create a row boat.
Those sort of things can make good usable parts hard to find an valuable.
