Chevy Truck Drive Train Question

Rear brake issue likely as they were just replaced. Need to know which tires are spinning.
 
Front brakes are locked up. But I love the idea of lifting the plow.
 
I'm sorry that I didn't come back with a straight answer hours earlier. I got side tracked.
Nobody will like what I'm about to type here, Ford owner or not.
Where the throttle cable attaches to the throttle pivot, there is a tiny brass bushing worth about 25 cents. If that alone should fail, the throttle pressure will be just barely wrong but just enough to kill their trans in 100 miles or less.
WAIT, There's more. At some year model they changed that 25 cent brass piece to 3 cents worth of plastic. In 1993 here in S.C. the typical cost to rebuild their trans was 900 plus a quarter for a damned brass bushing. Result was thousands of vehicles riding on top of trucks. Hundreds of transmission shops rocking! EVERYWHERE.
I didn't witness any of the irate customers but sure heard all about them.
Bottom line, piss poor engineering and/or greedy bean counters is not limited to just 1 brand.

I failed to mention their used car warranty program. It's wording stipulated coverage to be limited to internally lubricated parts. Do you think that little bushing qualified? Nope
 
Laying awake and this comes to mind again. Realized I was way wrong before. A dead trans doesn't spin tires.
Something is wrong in the front of that truck. Differential?, spider gears?, A better guess at least
