chrome intake for 5.7

is anyone offering a chromed intake manifold for the 5.7 hemi. i know street and performance has one for the 6.1 but not sure if that would work. wondering if anyone has put a 6.1 on a 5.7 and what do you have to do in order to do it

If you have the eagle heads it will bolt up. If you don't you need to get and adapter kit to fit the 6.1 manifold to the 5.7.

In addition you need fuel lines and various other things. Not too hard.

Any plastic intake can be "chromed" Just look for a place that does plasti-chrome.

Check out my PICs page. I have polished 6.1 intake on mine. I had to get adapter plates for it. My son polished it himself took some time but it was worth it.
