Here are some pics of my nephew's '07 Dodge-3/4 ton-4wd-cummins truck. After getting the run around from Chrysler, and the local dealer,(in all fairness, not the one he purchased the truck from),over the last couple of weeks, a Chrysler rep called him this morning with arrangements to have his truck checked out. This was about an hour after this happened,on his way to work. If I got correct information,3 of these trucks burned within 100 miles of here, today.

WOW......Quite the Car-B-Q

Hope Chrysler figures this one out with a recall pretty quick before someone gets hurt. Sorry for your nephew. Not exactly the way to introduce him to the Mopar world.

This was'nt his first one. He's had several. The last one he had so much trouble with,he gave up and traded it. He's had this one less than a year, and same story.

ok I'll bite..... run around from the Chrysler dealer about what ??? I have to ask because I do work for a Chrysler dealer and we sell and work with multitudes of these trucks. Never seen one burned up like this and hope not to for everyones sake. To say 3 burned up like this in a 100 mile radius is quite a statement. I would love to know more about the situations. To flat assume that Chrysler has a problem that is causing this is a little premature unless there is something backing it. Im not against... just want to know what the "run around" was about.... Were all his recalls up to date ? Was te truck still stock ? Just curious because we see literally tons of these trucks and never have seen a problem as this..... please.... let me know what you can on it.

Thanks.
