I started pumping gas when I was 15 years old (1978). It was an ARCO station. Not quite as cool as some of those but they bring back tons of memories.

Looked nearly identical to this Gulf station, right down to the pop machine by the door!
Also where i got my start doing real wrenching helping the owner on repairs.

Today’s image. It was a real challenge to do. It took 5 hours and 23 different versions to get it right. Sometimes the image fights where you try to take it. In this case, the source photo was badly lens warped and I took most of the time fixing that. I also had to do a lot of hand drawing in every area. The multiple perspectives and vanishing points nearly made me crazy!

I think it came out fairly well in the end.

Great! Thanks! As soon as you get some shirt's printed put me down for some! Awesome work! That will fit my car perfect, ive been working on the scoops, still need to paint my grille correct and put on the stripes.

Oops! I just realized I posted the wrong Demon image. The one above was one of the intermediate images with the small driver’s compartment, not the final one.

Haven’t seen any 68 Dart GTS images. Would be grille change, etc morph to the 69’s you already have.

Like to see red with white bumble bee. :D
