Separate names with a comma.
Amongs other things. From my town of Kindersley Saskatchewan Canada. Thieves bastards. Kim
Hopefully they find it and tge idiot who took it
Beautiful engine, too. I hope they catch um and get his stuff back.
Posted it on a few other MoPar sites, hope it helps.
That REALLY SUCKS !!!!
Was the engine assembled or in parts? I’m guessing not put together since they walked away with it. Bummer, must have been someone that kinda knew what he had, hope he gets his stuff back. I’d keep an eye open on all the local for sale sites! Wonder if he happened to get any numbers or markings off the block from when he owned it. Any pictures of the actual stuff taken would help also.
What the hell is wrong with people? If you want a hemi go buy one, instead of stealing it from the rightful owner who worked hard to buy it for himself. People like this have no business sharing the same air we breathe. I despise thieves in the worst way. I hope your friend gets his motor back, and gets to kick the thief in the nuts as well.
You know all the mopar guys around there Kim, they'll sniff the scum out. Good luck.
Kindersley is not a big place, somebody knows where those parts are. Damn sorry to hear about it, will keep my eyes and ears open.
I’m not in the “in club” with the big dollar Mopar guys. I dont know who’s stuff it was. I may know when his name comes out but as of now it’s a mystery to me. I’m just a little fish in the big sea. Kim
I have no idea. It was on FB and I don’t do FB. My wife showed me. Kim
It’s somebody that knows somebody for sure. Kim
They should post the SN# because on 392's it on top, up front and easy to see. I have mine memorized. And if they find those responsible - remove their rods.
And just dumb. Classic car and parts are easier to trace now? A stolen 392 hemi is not worth anything but the supporting parts.
Got your message earlier Kim. I'll be on the look out.
I WAS THINKING that!!
Someone knew what was there and when to go get it. You don't just toss a 392 into your hatchback and run.
Ya, having more identifiers will help the situation. He must have pictures. Not that they couldnt be painted, but theives can be dumb when offloading stuff....they think they are in the clear a year or so sitting on it....we remember...a little bit of paint....scratch or a score....
It turns out I kinda know who the guy is that had the stuff stolen. A couple of months ago his truck was stolen out of his shop. It got recovered. The info probably got passed along then. Seems to be a pattern where something g gets stolen then the thieves return later for another theft. Kim
I wonder if there were keys in the truck that did not get recovered, and allowed the scumbags access into the shop? I take it there were no arrests made first time around?
"Inside job?" A town that small and a place like that getting hit twice is more than coincidence.
That could be. No arrests
It’s happened to a few places around here. No arrests for any of them
Idk if it was in pieces or not. I just posted what the wife showed me that was on FB. Kim
