How to clean the lens over the gauges. I have these unassembled. I did the parking light lens and have them clean, but don't really look that good

I use eyeglass wipes on plastic lenses over gauges. They can be polished with fine grit polishing compounds also paper towels can really rough them up.

A really soft cloth and some polishing compound

I use "Meguiar's PlastX Clear" lens polishing compound it works well for me.

This will depend on the model in question but... Some of these lenses have a blacked out perimeter. It prevents light from entering in the wrong direction. If you remove any of this in polishing, a black paint pen or something should be used to correct it.
