coilover & spring recommendation

Hello, i have badarts upper and lower arms and am looking at what coilover & spring to put in my 74 swinger. Its a all iron 383 with a 833. I was looking at this coilover http://www.summitracing.com/parts/STR-S5203/ but was reading elsewhere for street driving you want 6" of travel? so now i am confused. also on charts its looking like i need a 600-650 pound spring is that right?

I think you need to confer with badart as to what you need.

I just kept the torsion bar suspension in my street car, and installed heaver bars, new bushings, and a good stiff anti sway bar. Simple, cheep, and time tested.
