I recently installed a 360 small block on my 74 dart sport and noticed the passenger side tie rods were almost completely threaded in the sleeve as opposed to the drivers side tie rods which are not nearly threaded in the sleeve as much! The steering pulls to the right, should both tie rod sides be the same on both drivers and passenger side?

I'm thinking of disconnecting both sides and equalizing the threads! Any suggestions as to how I should start over?

The tie rods set the toe, which isn't the most likely thing to be what's causing your car to pull to the right. Tie rods don't have to be set exactly the same side to side, although they're usually fairly close.

If you aren't familiar with doing an alignment, it might be best to take it to an alignment shop and have it put on a rack. There's problems/drawbacks to doing that, because most shops will want to set factory alignment specs, if they even know how. But even if the shop is almost completely useless, they should at least be able to tell you what your current alignment specs are, which might identify why your car is pulling to the right.

It sounds to me like you may have at least 2 different problems to address, and that could easily mean more. Equalizing the tie rods could make things worse than they already are, especially if you aren't familiar with setting the toe-in.
