Is there an "easy" way to convert video DVDs to a digital format such as for flash drive storage?

Thank you, drive through.

DVDs are already "digital format".

However, they may be copy protected.

I'm sure if you "google" you'll find freeware to do it but may not do or do correctly certain forms of copy protection.

There may be payware that does that.

I use an app called "4K Video Downloader" to just grab already uploaded to youtube versions of whatever I want.

As long as it isn't copyrighted, you should be able to copy it right over.

If it is copyrighted, you would likely need burning software that will defeat the copyright protection on the DVD.

It does not. It's a Chromebook. Kitty has one that does though.
Stick it in and see if it's protected (), like others said. If not, it's a simple drag and drop deal. If it/they are protected, you'll probably need software like others pointed out.

A while back i transferred all my cds to a flash drive. Time consuming lol.
It may be worth it to pay someone to do it? Not difficult once you have proper software/program, but pita to keep inserting disc's one after the other...
