Converting Non-Headrest Buckets to Headrests?

I have a set of non-headrest 1967 Barracuda bucket seats I'd like to convert to having headrests. How do I go about doing it? I see bezels for sale, but is there a track or internal structure I'll need as well? Thanks in advance for any help.

If they are like my 67 GTX you will need the seat back from a headrest seat. There is metal structure you will need inside the seat back-the anchor and detent mostly.

Thanks for the information slant6! Does anyone out there have any pictures or anything regardng the swap? Were Barracudas offered with headrests in 1967 or will I have to find another year seat back? Thanks for the help in advance!
