Cool Dart

Gotten to be good friends with Vance Cummings who campaigns this Rod shop dart. Sweet car!
Runs mid 10.60’s or so, depending on the air. Never gotten to race him in eliminations. He races in the Great lakes stock/ superstock association, and often hangs around or shows up for the bracket program at my track.
Thought we might get paired up on this night in the picture, but he was the pair in back of me.
Thinking i might have something for him this summer

I should probably mention he has an iron headed 340 in the car, not an aluminum headed stroker like me.
That car runs extremely hard

i know who does his heads, but not sure how “ legal” the car is regards NHRA stocker.
He only runs that Great lakes association deal i believe, and the rules they have are “ looser” so as to be more inclusive from what i understand
