Let's start from the beginning I have a 67 barracuda with a fresh build 408 480 hp 505 tq I need info on a 26 in radiator and my motor has a passenger side inlet waterpump I would like to run the 26 in radiator because I live in south Texas and plan on having ac in the future any help would be wonderful

you would have to cut out part of the radiator support, relocate what is attached to it. Hard to get the fan shroud exactly placed around the fan when moving the radiator. I would suggest that you go with a top of the line high capacity aluminum radiator that is a direct replacement for your stock radiator. That has more than enough capacity for your application when paired with a high volume water pump and thermostat. Suggest that you look into Cold Case radiators and a Milodon pump with a short shaft Hayden fan clutch. The radiator is set up to use a stock fan shroud.

A shroud that is not perfectly centered is not a problem. Many cars and trucks were built that way due to space limitations. It isn't ideal but isn't much of a problem.
I have been reading about water pumps lately since the 360 build I'm doing hit a minor delay. The water pump I was going to use made a scratching noise when I spun it....

That noise inspired me to replace it which turned out to be a blessing since the pump I had is NOT the good one to use:

Regarding the fitment of the bigger radiator, I've read that the wider radiator is a better way to go compared to a thicker radiator. You may have some minor cutting to make the bigger radiator fit. Under NO circumstances should you cut the frame rails to fit the radiator! You can cut the edge flanges a little but not the main sections.

Are you having issues with your current set up? Sometimes small tuning changes can have a large impact on engine temperature.

Get your ducks lined up for clearance. Along with the inlet/outlet issue, there's 3/4" difference between the aluminum and cast iron pump.
