correct finish for 273 unsilenced air cleaner?

What finish (texture)would a 273 2 barrel unsilenced air cleaner be originally? I am assuming black. Would it be wrinkle finish?

Mine was original still had the sticker on it and it was just a black satin not a wrinkle finish.

Wow, nice cuda 66 and great example of original aircleaner for you coffee. Came black from faxtory but never in wrinkle finish.

Actually, the original finish is more like gloss black! I have a NOS (New old stock) air cleaner assembly like this, I will get some pics up soon!!
