Cosmetic Question, Need Some Opinions

Hey Guys, I was thinking of painting my grill inserts silver to match my stripes as it seems like to much blue. What do you think. I was also thinking about leaving my headlight rings blue for a little offset.
When I got the car it was solid blue and I striped it and logo'd it, as it was way to much blue (they even painted the door handles blue which I still need to replace). I work at a sign shop and did all the stripes and decals right at work so I played around a little bit, I even striped down over the roof since a lot of pics were taken.
So my question is do I paint the grill inserts silver leaving the center blue and headlight rings blue?

See if you can photo shop the grills silver to see what they will look like before you take that step! I think it may not look as good as you think.

Yeah I thought the same thing and thats probably what I will do (go into photoshop and color them first). I was just curious to see what everyone else thought.
I even thought of pulling them and getting them chromed, but I would probably find another nice factory grill cheaper than having this one chromed.

What about flat black across?, or leave the center blue? definitly photoshop it.

chrome headlight rings and grill surrounds with the inside of the grills blacked out with a chrome center grill would be my way.

I think the left & right grills in silver would look better. I think some of the grill back ground should be blacked out (I could email you pics of the stock ones which have a lot of black). The head light bezels should also be silver, again the stock ones are about 1/2 blacked out. I'd leave the center grill blue.

I also think leave the center blue and just do the left and right part of the grill in silver. I never even thought of flat black. I will have to photoshop some things and take a look. I will post some photoshop pics when I get them finished up.

Yeah I was thinking about blue headlight rings blue center and silver on the left and right grill inserts. I will have to play around a little.

I vote for a little less blue, and silver grilles would go a long way to breaking up all that blue. I would also do the bezels in silver, and change those door handles. I am on the side of correctness, and also JMO!! It'll look cool whatever you do with it!! Geof

Yeah I am definetly changing the door handles, I dont know why anyone would have painted them to begin with.

I think it looks great. but it is what you like not us. I would photo shop it first and see if you like it.
