This car has GOT to go! This car is very antagonizing... it's testing my patience.
This is an all original 1981 Chevrolet El Camino Conquista. The car is equipped with a 3.8l 229cid V6 engine coupled with a TH350 automatic, 3-speed transmission. The car is in good overall condition! The car runs and drives, but not very well. I have the clean Georgia title!
The car has a brand new Rochester Dualjet 210 carburetor, a new distributor cap and rotor, a new ignition coil, new spark plug wires, new spark plugs, a new alternator, a new battery, a new starter, a new master cylinder, and new front brake rotors and brake pads. The brakes still need to be bled. The car also has a nice set of 15x8 chrome rally wheels and the tires have decent tread.
The car has some body damage and some rust. There is a very small amount of surface rust on the bed of the truck. The floor pans need to be replaced. The previous owner cut the muffler off. The steering column needs to be replaced.
I have removed some of the emissions equipment from the engine - the air pump, the air management valve, and the EGR solenoid. None of these things are necessary, because this car is emissions exempt.
I have approximately $3,475 invested into this car. I will accept $3,250 for this classic diamond in the rough. My asking price is exact and I am not willing to negotiate, sorry.
