You could start by contacting the engine companies that advertise here on FABO, like MRL Performance.
I have no experience with Jasper create engines.
I know a few people that have spoke well of CME creates.
Screw the create option and contact MRL and speak with him. A few minutes in the phone with Mike will yield better results for no real cost difference.
If you just want to click an option, MRL's site also has a few create engines, big and small block choices.

you should get any engine you buy balanced i have had a few stock jasper engines and they were decent.

Getting a crate engine you don't need to create an engine yourself... sorry just juggling with Rumble's post.
