cruising the coast 2015

when I booked these 2 rooms yesterday online, the computer told me that they only had 6 rooms left with these accomodations. so I don't know what that meant. I booked one room with a king bed and an adjoining room with 2 queen beds. we will see. I looked at a lot of rooms down there. I started to just stay with family down there as my wife is from there but I wanted to have some fun this time. matter of fact my wifes aunt used to work at that casino. I have lost a lot of money there over the years there. We may still keep the 3 cars at her family's house at night. not sure yet. Plan on taking a trip to nawlins one day as my son and his wife has never been to the quarters before. may go over to Mobile also. should be a great time. The cruise down should be interesting too. 750 miles.

the french quarter during the day is very nice with tons to see and do. the market is pretty neat too. the casino's usually have extra security roaming the parking lots during CTC so i think you will be safe with the cars. going to be a fun year, i plan on bringing the Demon this year ( doing some racing ) and leaving the Starion terd home :)

you gonna race down Hwy 90 Harry. I will race you. If we happen to go to the quarters, I am renting a car. would never think of taking one of mine down there. I don't think the truck would go good down there either.

Harry, what does the t shirts look like. I guess you can get them when you get down there also huh. I imagine there will be places that sell the shirts. I was going to get a few more when I register the cars. The cars have to be 89 or older for registering. I will have a 2005 Dodge truck pulling the car. will I be able to park the truck at the Marina along with the other 3 cars or is the Marina open to 89 and older.

just got done registering the 3 cars. Just have to get busy and get the last one done.

Awesome! This is going to be fun. We would like to be a little closer to the action than Bay St. Louis but I think we've decided on Hollywood Casino. It will be great to have some Mopar folks there! And in the long run, it may be better not to be TOO close!!

About the only thing I have left to do is swap the 8 3/4 rear I have for my 7 1/4. Then I should be ready!:burnout:

Hey Bay St. Louis is part of the action just not in the middle you will be glad you stayed there I promise there is a show there along with the great atmosphere. Bill you will want to drive your cars to the marina on Thursday trust me but they do have space to park your truck and trailer yall get ready to have some fun eat some good food and make plans to be here in 2016. Lol.

OK, booked our room at the Hollywood Casino!!! Great rates -- compared to the Beau in Biloxi!!!!!

Can't wait!!!!!!

they haven't released the t-shirt design as of now. Bay St. Louis is very nice, i lived there :D plenty of parking by the marina but you want to drive your car there, it's a fun part of doing the cruise. race ? yeah man, but i'll be racing at a local 1/4 mile track http://www.gulfportdragway.com/
so let's line em up :burnout: i'm hoping to get into the 12's with 4.30's and drag radials :happy1:
if we get a group together that wants to hit the french quarter maybe we can all pile into my mega cab and take one vehicle, i know where to park.
gonna be a great week

Born and raised on the coast. Left Long Beach in 95 to join the Marines. I'm back after almost 20 years of being gone and now have my own Mopar!
We live in Long Beach and will definite be at this year's cruising.

That's great hankrebel. It's going to be a great time!! I can't wait to get together with a bunch of Mopar folks at "Mopar's at the Marina" in Long Beach!

I was stationed at Kessler AFB 2003-2005 and had two Mopars but they were a Durango and an 84 JEEP CJ-7 so I didn't participate, lol. This year I'm towing my 66 down!!

Thank you for your service!!

They talking about me already down there at Cruisin the Coast. I spoke to Craig the other day about registration and he asked me what I was bringing. I told him 3 Mopars and this is what some family member down there copied my wife on Facebook.

Cruisin' The Coast

Yesterday we received 3 online registrations, all from the same family in Kentucky, all who drive MOPAR products of one sort or another. In my family, we drove all makers, including some foreign stuff. How is it in your family? You all blue oval people? Bow tie? MOPAR? Brits? Let's see some family photos. Have a great weekend and "Keep on Cruisin'!"

I don't have any money Bruce. you ought to know how truck drivers live by now. I am spending my kids inheritance.
